Texture property measuring device "Tensipresser MyBoy2 SYSTEM"

Exhibiting products and conducting demonstrations at FOOMA JAPAN. The texture during chewing can be quantified, and high-precision chewing movements are also achieved.

The "Tenshipresser MyBoy2 SYSTEM" is a device that can objectively measure the texture of food when chewed as numerical values. With high-precision vertical movement powered by a stepper motor, it can perform various chewing actions uniformly and accurately. It can accommodate a range of textures from soft items like rice, bread, and noodles to harder items like meat. It is compact and can be installed in an area the size of an A4 sheet of paper. <Developed by Taketomo Electric for texture analysis> ◆ Rice Grain Group Measurement Measurement data of cooked rice from Uonuma Koshihikari is quantified as a reference value. (Users can also set other reference values on their side.) ◆ Texture Analysis Items "Hardness" - The force when biting down. "Chewiness" - The surface is soft, but it feels hard when chewed. "Adhesiveness" - The stickiness felt momentarily when biting down hard and then opening the mouth. "Viscosity" - The overall stickiness felt after chewing several times. (A comprehensive evaluation of the above four items will also be displayed.) ★ A demonstration measurement of the (rice grain group) will be conducted at "FOOMA JAPAN 2022," starting on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. *For product details, please download the materials and take a look. *For details on the exhibition, please refer to the "Basic Information" section below.
